Who is FedwithMatcha?
FedwithMatcha is a Hougang home bakery specialising in intensely flavoured matcha and tea bakes, including brownies, soft-baked cookies, gateaux and rotating seasonal creations.
Their bakes are made for people who want matcha to be the main flavour, rather than something overly sweet where the tea gets lost. They use ceremonial-grade matcha, quality tea powders and premium ingredients such as French butter and couverture chocolate.
Everything is released through limited small-batch preorder drops, with the menu changing as new flavours and combinations are introduced. Most bakes can also be enjoyed warmed or chilled, giving you a different texture and flavour experience each way.
