Have A Bowl takes mee sua in a more fusion direction, with a lighter, soupier style instead of the usual thick and gooey texture.
The broth is built on a bonito soup base inspired by Japanese flavours, giving each bowl a savoury, comforting depth that pairs well with silky mee sua.
For extra kick, they finish it with homemade Thai-style chilli and a touch of Chinese-style vinegar, adding sour, spicy and bright notes without making the bowl feel too heavy.
