Who is Sweet Toof?
Sweet Toof started with one cookie and is now running two viral Dubai pistachio creations out of a home-based bakery in Sembawang.
Their current bakes are all about texture, one is chewy and stretchy with a crunchy kunafa centre, while the other is soft, scoopable and molten in the middle.
They use pistachio nut butter and deeply toasted kataifi to bring out that rich pistachio flavour, with a not-too-sweet approach so each bite still feels indulgent without being too heavy

Dubai Chewy Toof
Soft cocoa-marshmallow milk powder skin with a chewy, mochi-like texture. Wrapped entirely around a crunchy kunafa centre packed with pistachio nut butter and toasted kataifi.
Dubai Toof-Paste Pot
Their most unique creation, a soft, scoopable cookie pot with a molten, lava-like pistachio kunafa centre. Rich, velvety and made to be eaten with a spoon.
