Iceberg Chocolate Cheesecake
A 6-inch chocolate cheesecake that is good for around 6–10 small slices. Rich, creamy and best eaten chilled, it comes with a molten-style cheesecake centre and a thick glossy chocolate topping that gives each slice an extra chocolatey finish.
Basque Burnt Cheesecake
A 6-inch Basque burnt cheesecake made with quality cream cheese for a rich and creamy centre. It is a good pick if you want something classic, smooth and easy to share without going too heavy on toppings.
Custard Puffs
