Who is NAOCHA?
NAOCHA is a home-based matcha counter at Sims Drive serving first-harvest Japanese matcha, freshly whisked to order for pickup.
For selected drinks, customers can choose between two matcha profiles. Yame offers nuttier notes with lower bitterness, while Shizuoka has a balanced mix of vegetal and nutty flavours.
The menu ranges from traditional and creamy matcha lattes to homemade strawberry drinks, maple-infused matcha cream and sea salt cold foam. They also offer a caffeine-free strawberry milk made with real fruit pieces.
What to order?
Signature Matcha Latte
First-harvest matcha is hand-whisked and layered with milk for a smooth, traditional-style latte. Choose Yame for nuttier notes and lower bitterness, or Shizuoka for a balanced mix of vegetal and nutty flavours.
Hojicha Latte
Roasted green tea layered over cold milk for a creamy latte with gentle toasted and nutty notes. Smooth, comforting and naturally lower in caffeine than matcha — your new everyday sip.
Ichigo Strawberry Milk
Fresh strawberries cooked in-house and immersed in cold milk with real fruit pieces throughout. Sweet, creamy and completely caffeine-free — the one for late night sipping, kids or anyone who just wants something fruity and refreshing.
Hojicha Einspanner
Smooth roasted hojicha topped with cold pillowy cream — stir it all together for a toasty, nutty and velvety sip. The most indulgent of the three and the one that surprises everyone on the first sip.
